Email & Local Damage
                                 INSTRUCTIONS

1.       Log into the Gmail system using your username and password

If you have not established a username and password, contact the Port of Discovery for access to the system at ILAPorts@aol.com

2.       Click on the link in the top left of the screen marked ”Documents”

3.       Open the Damage Tracking sheet

4.       Fill in all sections of the form

5.       Then save the form with your port name and date ie..(newark9-15)

6.       email the POD and alert them that the form has been completed

7.       The POD (in the beginning) will notify the other piers’ – if the damaged units are shipped to another location for ILA repair.

8.       When repairs are completed, update the form and follow #’s 7 & 8 procedures
